Live Photo Cleaner+ converts selected Live Photos to stills on your device to reclaim storage.
Email support with your iOS and app version, plus a brief description of the issue. Please don’t send private photos.
Missing photos
Check Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos and confirm the app has access to the photos you want to clean.
iCloud downloads
Some originals must download from iCloud before conversion. Allow enough working space and a reliable connection.
Recovering originals
Check Recently Deleted in Photos while recovery is still available. Permanently deleted originals cannot be restored.
Purchases
To restore your lifetime unlock after reinstalling, choose Restore Purchase in the app’s Settings using the Apple account that bought it.
